This message was left outside the Dutch embassy in Moscow following the MH17 plane disaster in which a passenger plane was shot down in Eastern Ukraine, killing all 298 of the passengers and crew on board. Of those killed, 193 were Dutch, 43 were Malaysian, 27 were Australian, 12 were Indonesian, 10 were UK nationals, four each were from Germany and Belgium, three were from the Philippines, and one each were from Canada and New Zealand. There were 80 children on board MH17. Responsibility for the attack is believed to lie with pro Russian rebels currently occupying parts of eastern Ukraine. There have been widespread calls for a comprehensive, objective international investigation but access to the crash site is being limited by the rebels.
